RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

RALPH SKIN believes to provide the best facility to their customers. To facilitate our customers with the best and top, we have certain 30 Days Return & Exchange Policy, which is classified in different segments, that they can practice if ever needed. For the ease of customer to understand, we have separated return and exchange in two different segments.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS: PLEASE READ CARELFULLY YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR TOP PRIORITY

If return or exchange is due to size or color issue, then customer has to make the request within 30 days of the arrival of the product. The return/exchange item must be in its original condition, have all the tags installed and unworn. Before approving the product for return/exchange we will review it, if any damage or sign of use is found no return/exchange will be made.

If return or exchange is due to wrong or damage item receive, then customer has to raise the issue within 3 days of the arrival of the product with the proof of pictures, the request will not be entertained after the given time period. The return/exchange item must be in its original condition, have all the tags installed and unworn.  Before approving the product for return/exchange we will review it, if any damage from the end of customer or any sign of use is found no return/exchange will be made.

►SIZING ISSUE RETURN POLICY

After receiving the product, if the customer faces any issue with the size, then it can be returned; however, one must note that:

The Customer will have to report the size issue within 30 days of its arrival. No return will be entertained after 30 days of its arrival.

If the size of the product is according to the measurements of our chart, but the customer has chosen the wrong size and measurement, don’t worry! You can still return the jacket but in this case the customer will have to pay the shipping and restocking fee that is almost 30% of the Total Order Amount.

If the size issue is from our end, for instance, if the product is not according to the size chart mentioned on our website, then RALPH SKIN is responsible for it and the return will be completely free. We will provide you the printable shipping label and ask you to send the product back to us in its original condition.

After receiving the product, if the customer faces any issue with the size, then it can be exchanged; however, one must note that:

The Customer will have to report the size issue within 30 days of its arrival. No exchange will be entertained after 30 days of its arrival.

If the size of the product is according to the measurements of our chart, but the customer has chosen the wrong size and measurement, don’t worry! You can still exchange the jacket but in this case the customer will have to pay 40% additional of the total order amount that is the shipping of new product and restocking fee of the old product. RALPH SKIN will provide you the printable shipping label for the old product.

If the size issue is from our end, for instance, if the product is not according to the size chart mentioned on our website, then RALPH SKIN is responsible for it and the exchange will be completely free. We will provide you the printable shipping label for the old product and ask you to send the product back to us in its original condition. After reviewing and approving the originality of the old product, we will ship the new item to your given address.

►WRONG ITEM RECEIVED RETURN POLICY

If the item you receive is not what you ordered, you should contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will provide you the printable shipping label and ask you to send the product back to us in its original condition with all tags attached. We will refund the total order amount.

►WRONG ITEM RECEIVED EXCHANGE POLICY

If the item you receive is not what you ordered, you should contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. After confirming, we will provide you the printable shipping label for the old product and ask you to send the product back to us in its original condition with all tags attached.

►COLOR RETURN POLICY

The color of the jacket may vary from the color displayed on the online store because of lighting and editing of product shoot. The customer should understand that there can be a slight difference in the color of the jacket from the advertised product. However, customer can contact us for any query related to the color of the product and we will definitely help them to solve their confusion but return is not possible in this case. However, if the color of the item received is completely different, the customer can ask for the refund. You should contact us within the 30 days of receiving the item. We will provide you the printable shipping label and ask you to send the product back to us in its original condition. We will refund the total order amount to the customer.

► COLOR EXCHANGE POLICY

►ITEM RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION RETURN POLICY

If the item has arrived damaged due to shipment or any other reason, you can ask for refund. You should contact us within the 3 days of receiving the item. We will refund the total order amount to the customer.

► ITEM RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION EXCHANGE POLICY

If the item has arrived damaged due to shipment or any other reason, the you can ask for exchange. You should contact us within the 3 days of receiving the item. We will ship the new product on your given address without any further cost.

►CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

After ordering, if there is a change of mind or any other reason, then you are required to cancel it within 24 hours. If a customer cancels the order within 24 hours, then their entire amount will be refunded. However, if a customer fails to cancel an order within 24 hours, then the following conditions apply:

  • If the product is canceled after 24 hours, then 25% will be subtracted from the buyer’s paid amount.
  • If the product is canceled three days after verification, then 35% will be subtracted from the buyer’s paid amount.
  • There will be no cancellation if a customer performs it after a week of confirmation.
  • However, in some special circumstances, if a customer is allowed to cancel the product after a week of confirmation, then there will be a subtraction of 50% from the buyer’s paid amount.

►ORDERING 2 OR MORE DIFFERENT SIZES OF SAME ITEM POLICY

Sometimes, the customer hesitates to order thinking what size will fit them well. We have prepared a US standard sizing policy for our items and also enabled sizing chart for the customers to find the perfect fitting size for themselves. So, if a customer orders a product only for trial purposes i.e. to keep the product only if it looks good on them or such other reasons, then no return, refund, or exchange policy will be entertained.

►CUSTOM ORDER RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We are really sorry but customized products are not eligible for return or refund and cannot be canceled after placing the order.

►RETURNING/EXCHANGING THE PRODUCT RECEIVED POLICY

As discussed above, the customer will be responsible for certain fees in certain conditions. However, RALPH SKIN will provide the printable shipping label for the returning or exchanging item. Do note that customer should return the product in the same original condition as it was received. In addition to that, no tags should be removed.

Note: if the product is found damaged or in used condition from customer’s side, then there will be no refund or exchange.

►SHIPPING COST CALCULATION POLICY

As discussed above in certain condition, we will deduct some percentage (%) of the total order amount for shipping and restocking fee. The percentage (%) will be deducted from the Order Total Amount. In any case of refund or exchange, RALPH SKIN will provide the printable shipping label to the customer.

►IMPORTANT NOTES FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE

Our store only accepts all the payments in USD. Therefore, if the customer pays in another currency, then his/her payment will be converted into USD.

If the customer has removed any tags from the product, then we would not authorize the product for Return or Exchange.

Even though we ship our products free of cost to facilitate our customer, but every region still has its own Custom Policy and some regional charges, which the buyer will have to face and will be responsible for the payment of those charges.

The following problem should be discussed within 3 days of the arrival of the product. We count the arrival of the product through Parcel Tracking Code.

All return and exchange request will be processed after receiving and reviewing the old item that can take up to 10 working days. The customer will be updated through email either they are eligible to avail the Return & Exchange policy or not.

After the confirmation, the exchange item will take maximum 5 business days to ship and the customer will get the tracking via email after completing all the requirements.

Refunds will take 20 business days and the customer will be notified via email after checking their eligibility.
