   Bought this jacket but the provider sent the wrong size. I contacted the business and described what had transpired as well as some concerns I had due to my inaccurate interpretation of the return policy. When I contacted R/S, they immediately reacted and are currently shipping the appropriate size. The great and polite customer service team goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

   With my leather jacket on, I can cycle in the chilly weather. The pockets on my jacket work very well! It feels and looks smooth. Without a doubt, I’d advise purchasing yours from Ralph Skin as well.
